How to backup all your files or document to avoid losing them

Backup helps alot in safely storing your whole data{files or document}.you therefore have no cause to panic whenever thier seem to be a harddisk crash or damage of your pc in the future.
The problem is that some people still found it difficuit on how to backup their datas on pc/laptop,Nevermind follow me with these quick guide and you have no problem.



                 STEPBYSTEP GUIDE:-
1.Click on "start button"
2.Scroll to all programs
3.Locate "Accessories"
4.Navigate to right,scroll to system tools
5.Click on backup{backup status and configuration}
6.Select the backup type:"complete pc backup" or "Files backup"
7.Allow the program to load
8.Click on next
9.Read the information on screen till finish
10.Click on 'cancel" to cancel the program.
   That's all.
